Agreement to these terms
These terms apply when you use the Enizy Apparel website or place an order with us. By continuing to use the website, you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.
Products and availability
We aim to present product descriptions, colours, measurements, and images as accurately as possible. Screen settings and photography may cause slight differences in appearance.
Products remain subject to availability. We may correct inaccurate information, update a product, limit quantities, or withdraw an item from sale when reasonably necessary.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. An automated acknowledgement does not mean the order has been accepted. The order is accepted once payment has been confirmed and we send an order confirmation or dispatch notice.
Prices and charges shown at checkout apply to your order. You are responsible for using an authorised payment method. We may decline or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, a payment issue, an obvious pricing error, or unavailable stock; any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned through the original method.
Delivery, returns, and order issues
Delivery estimates and charges are presented at checkout and are also explained on our delivery page. Please provide a complete, accessible address and a working contact number.
Contact customer service promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, or if you want to request a return or exchange. Eligibility depends on the item condition, the reason for the request, and any terms communicated at purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website use and intellectual property
Website content, branding, product photography, graphics, and copy belong to Enizy Apparel or their respective licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes, but may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
You must not interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Liability and governing law
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, Enizy Apparel is not responsible for indirect losses or for disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
